GEOHM 5 - The Earth Tester for All Known Measuring Methods
The GEOHM 5 is capable of executing all types of grounding resistance
measurements in accordance with DIN VDE 0413. Soil resistivity and ohmic
resistance can also be determined or measured using the current-voltage
measuring method with the battery powered instrument (operation with
rechargeable batteries as an option). The rugged device is easy to understand,
and simple operate with just 4 keys. Measured values are displayed by means of
large digital characters, and no balancing is required.
The GEOHM 5 can be used to measure grounding resistance, selective grounding resistance and soil resistivity, as well as current (TRMS) with an optional clamp meter.
It's capable of performing conventional 3 and 4-pole measurements, as well as
optionally available, selective single and 2-clamp measurements.
The GEOHM 5 is equipped with a function which continuously monitors
interference voltage and auxiliary earth electrode resistance with indication
when permissible limit values are exceeded, data memory for 250 measurements
(1000 measured values) and data memory for transmission of measured values to a
PC. Software for storing measured values and generating reports at a PC is
optionally available.
The instrument is supplied in a stackable system case, and includes one 4.5
meter black test cable, one 4.5 meter green test cable, one 15 meter red test
cable, one 20 meter blue test cable, 4 earth spikes, 4 batteries (LR14) and a
carrying strap.
