Using this adapter you can connect controllers of the R2700 series, equipped with a serial IR interface, to the USB interface of any personal computer.

The adapter allows data transfer between controller and PC.

Depending on operating system you need the suitable IR/USB Driver (see below).

CompactConfig software locates the controller which is connected to the USB interface and indicates it as an available virtual COM interface.
